Schwalbe Ice Spiker Pro Performance Tubeless Tire - 29in , 29x2.25in

The Schwalbe Ice Spiker Pro tire carries up to 402 studs, each with a tungsten carbide core clad in aluminum to keep the tire from turning into dead weight on the bike. That construction is what lets it bite into glare ice without dragging through every other section of a winter ride. Double Defense casing paired with a RaceGuard puncture layer means the tire holds up when the trail turns to rock and roots between the icy patches, not just when the ground is frozen solid. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I rode this through a section that started on a frozen lake, cut through rocky singletrack, and ended in root-choked mud, and the tire never felt out of its depth in any of it. That's the difference between a tire built for one condition and one built for an actual winter ride."
