Santa Cruz Bicycles Vala Lite C XT E-Bike Matte Carbon Sparkle, XL

The Vala XT Lite E-Bike runs a four-bar rear suspension instead of the VPP platform found on Santa Cruz's acoustic bikes, a layout that holds up to the added weight and torque a full-power Bosch motor puts through the rear end. The result is 150mm of travel that stays composed under power delivery, not just on rough terrain. The Vala Lite now ships standard with a PowerMore Range Extender, adding 250Wh on top of the internal 600Wh battery for full-power trail days that outlast the ride. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I lift the front wheel over roots and rock ledges without the shove of a heavier fork working against me, since the Fox 36 and lighter wheels cut real weight off the nose of this bike. Sprinting out of a corner, I get the power down with less effort before the motor even kicks in."Heads up! We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning, and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double-check the details, our Gearhead(R) Experts are always here to help.
