Maxxis Dissector 2 29" Tire The Dissector, redesigned and better than ever. This new Maxxis Dissector has been updated, upgraded, and redesigned for improved performance while maintaining the popular characteristics of the original Dissector. The new Dissector features updated, larger side knobs with a stable design and the right amount of flex to dig into loose corners. The center tread keeps the popular 2-3-2 center knob design layout, but now uses split center knobs for increased grip under hard braking. The Dissector is ideal for use as a front tire for short-travel trail bikes, or as a quick-rolling rear tire for bigger travel bikes. And as with most of the Maxxis MTB tire lineup, the Dissector is available with Dual, 3C Maxxterra, or 3C Maxx Grip compounds, and EXO, EXO+, or Double Down casing options.
