FOX 36 Factory Grip X2 29" Fork - OE Packaged The all-mountain legend, reimagined. Since 2005, the FOX 36 has set the standard of single-crown all-mountain forks. This reimagined FOX 36 brings increased capability for bigger terrain, with increased stiffness, new technology, and refinements, encouraging riders to take on tougher trails than any 36 has before. The new 36 features a new generatively designed fork arch with a 20% increase in torsional stiffness from the previous 36, and up to 87% of the stiffness of the burly FOX 38 (while being 275g lighter). The new FLOAT EVOL Compliant air spring allows for free movement of the piston, preventing binding under cornering loads for smoother suspension under high speeds. This FOX 36 incorporates the GRIP X2 damper, a descent-focused damper inspired by motocross, with four-way tuning and less cross-talk, keeping the bike glued to the trail during the fastest descents. FOX continues to set a high bar for what MTB suspension is capable of.
