It also features integrated cable routing, a Stashport for storing essentials, 12x142mm thru-axle, UDH, BSA threaded bottom bracket, and fender mounts. This version of the Cannondale Synapse Carbon Bike comes with a Shimano 105 Di2 R7150 2x12-speed drivetrain. This drivetrain comes with a 50/34T chainring combo on the crank and an 11-34T cassette on the rear that will make climbing, sprinting, and long distances a breeze.
