The frame has best-in-class clearance for tires with a maximum measured width of up to 48mm in the front and 42mm in the rear. It also features integrated cable routing, a Stashport for storing essentials, 12x142mm thru-axle, UDH, BSA threaded bottom bracket, and fender mounts. The Smart Sense version of the Cannondale Synapse comes with a Smart Sense Gen 2. 0 system with one battery, hidden in the downtube, that powers the lights, rear-facing radar, and SRAM AXS shifting. This version of the Cannondale Synapse Carbon Bike comes with a SRAM Rival AXS 2x12-speed drivetrain.
