Due to overwhelming demand, Auto Ordnance is re-releasing the special edition World War II-themed "Victory Girls" 1911, a tribute to the women whose resilience and dedication powered the homefront during the war. Starting with the classic 1911A1 GI model in .45ACP, it features a 5 inches barrel, a seven-round magazine and authentic US property logo wood grips. The Victory Girls model is enhanced with intricate, deep-cut laser engravings: a pin-up girl graces the right side, while the iconic "Rosie the Riveter" image appears on the left. Both sides of the frame proudly display the USAAC Star Roundel. The pistol's final touch is a distinctive two-tone Cerakote finish in Armor Black and Gunmetal Grey, giving it a worn, vintage look.
